Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our retail pharmacy team in Lubbock, TX. You will support pharmacists, process prescriptions, handle customer interactions, and help ensure accurate and timely medication fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of pharmacy tech experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights and weekends. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws; age 16+ if not specified, must have high school diploma or equivalent
• State board licensure and national certification requirements vary by state
• Ability to follow SOPs, perform accurate prescription processing, and maintain patient privacy

Responsibilities

• Regular and reliable attendance including nights and weekends
• Assist pharmacists and support daily pharmacy operations
• Process prescriptions, label accuracy and patient communication
• Complete basic inventory tasks and assist with stock management
