Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our in-store team. You will support the pharmacy to deliver safe, accurate prescriptions and exceptional patient service, while adhering to SOPs and Regulatory guidelines.

This part-time role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and customer care across store operations. You will participate in training, satisfy state licensure requirements, and may assist with immunizations and other patient care services as allowed by law.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, must be at least 16 years of age.
• If the state board does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Contribute to safe and effective pharmacy operations by following SOPs and workflows.
• Assist customers with empathy and support immunizations and other services where allowed by law.
• Handle inventory tasks and support pharmacy leadership in daily operations.
• Support pharmacists in ensuring accurate prescriptions and patient safety.
