Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy teams in delivering accurate prescription fulfillment and compassionate customer service in a high-volume retail setting.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, assisting with inventory, and maintaining compliance with state licensing and certification requirements. Travel to stores in the market may be required to cover shifts and support the team.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure timely, safe prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Aid in inventory tasks like shelving and counts as directed.
• Maintain patient privacy and regulatory compliance.
