Responsibilities

• Attend to regular and predictable shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflows to ensure safe prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic, patient-focused service and assist customers at pickup and drive-thru.
• Assist with inventory tasks and support pharmacy leadership as needed.
• Support immunizations and other services where allowed by law and training.
• Communicate clearly with patients and colleagues to resolve issues.
