Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including licensure/certification.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• Must complete required training within designated timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage patient health.
• Adhere to pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone; assist with immunizations and services where allowed.
• Complete basic inventory activities and proper cycling counts and returns-to-stocks.
• Contribute to a high-performing team and be receptive to feedback; expand clinical and technical knowledge.
• Maintain flexibility for scheduling and travel to stores as needed by the business.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local laws, CVS policies, and patient privacy requirements.
• Deliver additional health care services (e.g., immunizations, point-of-care testing) where permitted by law.
