Job summary

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice (age, education, licensure/certification).
• If the state board does not set a minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• If no minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent or be actively enrolled in high school/equivalency program.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Provide compassionate customer service and assist patients at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Assist with basic inventory tasks and cycle counts as directed.
