Job summary

CVS Health is looking for a part-time Pharmacy Technician to join our store teams in the United States. You will support the pharmacy staff in safe prescription fulfillment, patient interactions, and immunization services where permitted by law and training.

The role requires adherence to state board rules, completion of required training, and a focus on accurate, compassionate patient care across multiple channels including in-person, drive-thru, and over the phone.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If no minimum age is mandated, must be at least 16 years of age.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in providing safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law and training.
• Deliver compassionate patient service across pick-up, drive-thru and phone channels.
• Maintain inventory activities and enforce SOPs to ensure patient safety.
• Travel to other stores in the market to cover shifts as needed.
