Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering efficient prescription fulfillment and caring patient service in our Akron store. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations and drive accuracy and safety in daily operations.

This full-time role requires 1–3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience, strong customer service, and flexibility to work various shifts across the market.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Experience in a pharmacy/retail or customer service setting is preferred.
• Ability to work across the market locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Assist the pharmacy team in delivering compassionate patient experiences.
• Support immunizations and other pharmacy services where allowed by law.
• Adapt to market needs and contribute to a safe, inclusive team environment.
