Job summary

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or active enrollment in such program.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Ensure prescription information is accurate and labels are correct to protect patient safety.
• Deliver empathetic, high-quality customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Assist with inventory activities and secure controlled substances in accordance with law.
• Support immunization services and vaccine-related activities where permitted by law.
