Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the in-store pharmacy team, ensuring safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and an exceptional patient experience. You will help manage inventory, follow SOPs, and assist with immunizations as permitted by law.

This part-time position requires consistent attendance, strong communication, and a willingness to travel between market stores to cover shifts as needed. Training and state licensing requirements will apply.

Qualifications

• Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age.
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to safe and effective operations of the pharmacy, including but not limited to following SOPs at each workstation.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic, patient‑centered service at pick‑up, drive‑thru and over the phone; support immunizations and other services.
• Complete basic inventory activities and assist with stock management as directed by leadership.
• Support a high‑performing team, embrace a growth mindset and be receptive to feedback.
