The technician will assist in immunizations where allowable and may travel to stores to support coverage. Requires state licensure and high school diploma or equivalent, with on-site store duties and a patient-first approach.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board does not address minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver patient care with empathy and service, including immunizations and other services where allowed.
• Complete inventory and assist with stock management, returns-to-stocks and related duties.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to other stores as needed by the business.
