Qualifications

Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including licensure/certification.
High school diploma or equivalent may be required if state mandates.
State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
Complete required training within designated timeframe.
Ensure prescription information and labeling are accurate to protect patient safety.
Provide excellent customer service and assist patients and colleagues.
Assist with inventory activities and proper stocking procedures.
Collaborate with pharmacy team and adapt to store needs.
Comply with laws, regulations, and CVS policies to protect patient privacy and safety.
Support immunizations and point-of-care services where legally allowed.
