Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Immunizer to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate and caring patient care in our stores. You will assist with immunizations, drive efficient prescription fulfillment, and uphold SOPs and regulatory requirements while providing empathetic service.

This part-time role requires completing a rigorous training program and state licensure requirements; travel to other market stores may be needed to cover shifts.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements for pharmacy practice.
• If a minimum age is not set by the state, the candidate must be at least 16.
• If the state does not require a specific education, a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• State licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow all SOPs at each workstation to assist pharmacists with patient care.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service and assist with immunizations and in-store services.
• Assist with basic inventory tasks and returns-to-stocks as directed.
• Support ongoing knowledge growth in clinical and technical areas.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to other stores as needed.
