Responsibilities

• Retrieve prescribed medications from inventory for dispensing.
• Enter patient and prescription data into the pharmacy system.
• Create prescription labels and process insurance claims.
• Complete paperwork related to filling prescriptions and drug orders.
• Order prescription medications for the Pharmacy Department.
• Stock medications and maintain an orderly dispensing area.
• Promote pharmacy services and provide patient education.
