Job summary

CVS Health in New Hampshire is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and compassionate patient service within our store. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations where allowed, and contribute to a caring patient experience.

As a technician you will complete required training, maintain compliance with state regulations, and support inventory and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements; age and education provisions apply.
• If state board requires no minimum age, candidate must be at least 16.
• If no minimum education mandated, high school diploma or equivalent is required or candidate must be actively enrolled.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Concentrate on a task and pivot quickly between tasks to meet patient and business needs.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist patients at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Support inventory activities and help manage medication deliveries and stock.
