• Maintain clean and organized work stations and customer areas.
• Provide reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing support.
• Assist pharmacist in responsibilities as allowed.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Support health and wellness initiatives.
• Operate cash register and process payments securely.
• Handle vendor coupons and cash management per guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer experience throughout service steps.
