AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists with pharmacy-related duties under direct supervision. You will perform packaging, manipulative and clerical tasks within established standards.

The position requires a California Pharmacy Technician license, high school graduate, and preferably 1 year of experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. We offer medical, dental and vision coverage, retirement savings with employer matching, tuition

Qualifications

• CA Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a pharmacy technician preferred.
• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• A valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with pharmacy-related duties.
• Perform packaging, manipulative, repetitive or other nondiscretionary tasks under supervision.
• Handle clerical functions as part of daily duties.
