Job summary

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient care.
• Assist with inventory, stock management and cycle counts as directed.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Communicate clearly with patients and colleagues; maintain patient privacy.
• Support immunizations and other services where permitted by law and training.
