Job summary

Business Partners Group is seeking a Pharmacy Technician in Fayetteville, AR to support discharge planning and post-op care. The role focuses on discharge day as the finish line, with responsibilities across Fall Prevention and Central Line Care, among other duties, for a part-time team.

We offer a compensation range of $64,000 to $85,000 plus equity, top-tier health benefits, and flexible work arrangements. This position is actively recruiting to support the Fayetteville crew.

Qualifications

• BLS certification and Central Line Care expertise are essential.
• Experience with Fall Prevention education and chronic-patient management is valued.
• Ability to document clearly and communicate medical information in notes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain clinical equipment per manufacturer guidelines.
• Manage a part-time panel of chronic patients and monitor ACLS numbers.
• Lead Fall Prevention education days and translate clinical guidance for patients.
• Screen surgical candidates against Leadership criteria before scheduling in Fayetteville, AR.
• Support the part-time care team through problem solving and leadership from intake to follow-up.
• Flag pending results to keep the mid-level provider prepared.
• Support post-op patients by managing nausea, pain, and anxiety.
