Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional customer service in our stores. The role requires adherence to SOPs, state board requirements, and patient privacy rules while assisting with inventory and patient care services.

Responsibilities include immunization support where allowed, multi-site coverage within the market, and maintaining focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Must meet state board requirements for pharmacy practice.
• If no minimum age exists, must be at least 16.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to deliver safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide friendly customer service and help patients at pick-up, drive-thru, or phone.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation.
• Contribute to inventory management and returns-to-stocks.
• Support immunizations and other patient health services where allowed by law.
• Maintain patient privacy and comply with regulations and company policies.
• Be flexible with scheduling and travel to stores in the market as needed.
