Job Overview

As a PACE Pharmacy Technician, you will assist patients in receiving medications to manage rare and/or chronic diseases. You will engage with patients, insurance companies, and various departments to process orders and ensure timely shipment. This role requires attention to detail and proficiency with computer systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accurately enter prescriptions into our system, utilizing training, problem-solving skills, and team support.
2. Ensure prescriptions are correctly entered for insurance evaluation and dispensing.
3. Communicate with healthcare providers to resolve issues and guide patients on medication coverage.
4. Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and documenting information accurately.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least six months of related experience.
• Valid Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration as per state laws.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work Schedule

Shifts available from Monday to Friday, including:

• 7 AM to 4 PM CT
• 8 AM to 5 PM CT
• 9 AM to 6 PM CT
• 10 AM to 7 PM CT

Remote work requires internet service via cable broadband or fiber optic with at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speeds.
