Schedule: 8 AM – 4:30 PM, hybrid position working part-time on site, part-time remote

Job Summary:

Coordinates the daily operations of the pharmacy technician staff at the assigned location. Acts as a resource for technicians and provides guidance on technical and operational issues. Assists the pharmacist with medication processing and drug therapy monitoring. May procure, measure, compound, count, and deliver medications under supervision. Works within Wisconsin statutes and regulations. Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a pharmacy technician preferred.

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Graduation from an accredited pharmacy technician training program preferred.

Training:

Leadership training preferred.

Skills:

Exceptional customer service, effective communication with diverse groups, attention to detail, organizational skills, leadership, and experience with various computer systems.

Licensure:

Apply for Wisconsin pharmacy technician registration by hire date; must obtain within 12 months. Certification (CPhT) required within 6 months of hire.
