Location: US:WI:WEST BEND at our CP-WEST BEND HEALTH CENTER facility.

This job is ON - SITE.

FTE: 1.0

Shift: 4

Schedule: 8-hour shifts between 8:00am-6:30pm, with a Saturday weekend rotation.

Job Summary: Provides technical and clerical assistance to the pharmacist in processing medication orders and monitoring drug therapy. May procure, measure, compound, count, and deliver medications under supervision. Functions within Wisconsin statutes and regulations. Other duties as assigned.

Experience: 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Graduate of an accredited pharmacy technician program preferred.

Licensure: Wisconsin registration as a Pharmacy Technician required by hire date, obtained within 12 months. Certification (CPhT) required within 6 months of hire.
