Job summary

Consonus Pharmacy Services, LLC is seeking an Order Entry Technician to join our closed‑door long‑term care team. You will accurately enter new or refill orders, handle incoming fax and telephone communications, and deliver outstanding patient care in a fast‑paced environment.

As theOrder Entry Technician your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Accurately and efficiently enter new or refill orders
• Handle incoming fax and telephone communication
• Deliver outstanding customer service and patient care
• Properly handle order exceptions such as refill to soon, invalid orders, etc.
• Resolve common pharmacy problems quickly and efficiently
• Communicate effectively to leadership and to peers
