Munson Healthcare Careers is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining inventory, and contributing to patient care on-site in Michigan.

Schedule: 7am–3pm or 8am–4pm; vaccination requirements apply, with exceptions for medical or religious reasons.
A Day in the Life
Licensed pharmacy technicians assist pharmacists in performing patient care activities including preparing and distributing medications, maintaining the medication inventory, and supporting clinical documentation related to medication therapies. Licensed pharmacy technicians are part of the first line to providing safe high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients.
Repetitive use of hands and fingers (e.g., preparing IV admixtures, use of a computer keyboard); may require lifting and carrying of light loads (up to 40lbs), including boxes, equipment, unit-dose cassettes, and IV solutions, and stooping or kneeling (e.g., to pick up items from the floor, to remove and replace items on lower shelves, and to file documents in lower file drawers); walking or standing for long periods of time (4-8 hours) is often necessary; must be able to physically operate the equipment used for the job.

Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
