Job summary

Onco360 Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician in Houston, TX for a full-time, on-site role blending fulfillment duties with outbound phone support. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 10:30am to 7pm CST, with quarterly incentive bonuses and opportunities for growth.

Starting salary is $23 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires before August 31, 2026. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO/holidays, tuition reimbursement, company-paid life and disability, volunteer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy Technician: 1+ years of experience.
• Licensed/registered Pharmacy Technician or as required by state law.
• Knowledge of medical terminology (including sig codes and Roman numerals), brand and generic names of medications and general pharmacy terminology.
• Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently when inputting information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Prepare prescriptions to be dispensed including printing labels; selecting and pulling medications from stock shelves, counting medications, and labeling the final product for dispense.
• Packaging and organizing daily Rx orders for shipment.
• Receive, order, and manage medication inventory.
• Assist health care providers and patients by phone; answering questions and requests.
• Coordinate medication refill deliveries with patients and physician office staff.
