Job summary

Community Health Pharmacy in Colchester, VT, is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The role involves assisting pharmacists, data entry of prescriptions, and delivering friendly customer service, with travel to two other VT locations as needed.

No weekend shifts and competitive wages and benefits are offered. Candidate must have VT Pharmacy Technician registration or be eligible to obtain it within 6 months (Maxor provides assistance).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Vermont Pharmacy Technician registration is required.
• PTCB National Certification required OR must obtain within 6 months of hire. (Maxor Will Assist)
• At least 1+ years’ experience in retail pharmacy is required
• Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in providing effective, appropriate, and safe pharmacy services.
• Provide friendly and cooperative customer service.
• Enter patient data and prescription information accurately.
• Flexibility to travel to other 2 locations in VT based on business needs located in Lamoille and Burlington.
