AbsoluteCARE Medical Center & Pharmacy is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to support technicians, manage inventory, and train new staff. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, filling prescriptions, and ensuring accurate, secure operations.

The role requires state licensure, PTCB certification, and a patient-focused approach to healthcare delivery, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule in Dayton, OH.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician.
• State Pharmacy Technician License required.
• PTCB Certification required.
• Customer service mindset and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to pharmacy customers.
• Input prescriptions accurately per the prescriber’s order: patient, provider, NDC, dosing, refills, dates, signatures, directions, drug interactions, drug allergies, and DAW coding.
• Fill prescriptions and deliver them to the pharmacist for review.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, demographics, insurance, and allergies.
• Demonstrate a good working knowledge of the pharmacy management system and practice management system.
• Assist with inventory management and delivery of medications.
