Good communication skills are necessary. IV Compounding skills are mandatory. The consequences of a compounding or drug selection error, if undetected, could result in serious patient injury. Education & License Required Requires high school diploma. Minimum of six months of hospital or retail pharmacy experience or completion of a Pharmacy Technician training program. Licensure as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Michigan is required.
