• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Processes member purchases and assists in payments, returns, refunds and exchanges using appropriate procedures.
• Maintains the Pharmacy area and stocks supplies, organizing spaces per policy.
• Adheres to company policies and Open Door Policy, acting with integrity and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Helps Members locate merchandise and makes recommendations to improve their shopping experiences.
• Completes transactions, returns, refunds, and exchanges per store procedures.
