Deliver engaging, high-impact instruction to pharmacy technician students
Oversee curriculum implementation, lab standards, and instructional quality
Coordinate externship site visits and support student placement
Mentor new faculty, lead program meetings, and manage accreditation documentation
Contribute to program success through advisory boards and program effectiveness planning
Foster a student-centered, inclusive classroom and lab environment
Associate degree from a USDE- or CHEA-accredited institution
Graduate of an ASHP/ACPE-accredited or recognized pharmacy technician program
5+ years of professional pharmacy experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacist
Membership in one national and one state pharmacy organization
National pharmacy technician certification or pharmacist license in good standing
Preferred:
3 years of teaching experience in pharmacy or allied health
Hourly Hiring Rate: $28.19–$35.23, based on experience
Retirement: 401(k) with a 10% employer match plus Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after 1,000 hours worked
