Qualifications

• PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire (except in Community Specialty Pharmacy, Health System Pharmacy locations, or in locations where this role is covered under a collective bargaining agreement)

Responsabilités

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and in other Pharmacy Department duties.
• Operate pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information and process prescriptions; coach technicians and cashiers.
• Support inventory management, ensure accurate dispensing, and assist with cash handling and registers.
• Maintain compliance with Pharmacy Code of Conduct and company policies; report prescription errors as needed.
• Assist with clinical services as required and coordinate with medical staff and external providers.
• Provide customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues to deliver a delightful experience.
