Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• PTCB or ExCPT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Support pharmacist under supervision and follow company policies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and pricing signage.
• Handle cash, process cash drops and refunds as required.
• Assist with pharmacy workflow and entering patient and drug information.
• Report prescription errors to pharmacist and adhere to quality programs.
