Job summary

Integrated Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician – IV Compounding to join our infusion team. You will accurately prepare intravenous medications in accordance with physician orders and established pharmacy procedures.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years IV compounding experience, a CPhT certification, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmacy tech IV compounding experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
• CPhT Certification

Responsibilities

• Support Pharmacy Infusion Services by accurately and safely preparing intravenous medications in accordance with physician orders, established pharmacy procedures, and applicable sterile compounding standards.
• This role requires close attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to patient safety and quality.
• The ideal candidate is a Certified Pharmacy Technician with at least three years of IV compounding experience who can effectively manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.
