Education: High School Diploma or GED; Pharmacy Technician Program or current pursuit; Licensure: SC registration. One year experience preferred for this position in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Graduate from Pharmacy Technician Program or currently pursuing.
• 1 year experience as pharmacy technician or pursuing graduate of a Pharmacy Technician program preferred.
• Current registration as Pharmacy Technician in South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Computer order entry and medication order fill.
• Preparation of intravenous admixtures.
• Floor stock and Pyxis med station filling.
• Medication rounds and drug ordering and procurement activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
