Job summary

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge across business disciplines such as accounting, marketing, and finance.
• Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 2-3 years related experience or training.
• Arkansas Pharmacy Technician certification and 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate career and digital skills education for The Academy at Goodwill, including for students with disabilities.
• Instruct and train clients in soft skills and career practices (e.g., pharma terminology, conflict resolution, customer service).
• Maintain orderly client files per Arkansas State Board requirements and comply with documentation standards.
• Assist Operations/Career Service Managers in developing instruction and placement recommendations.
• Transport equipment and supplies to assignments and maintain security of tools and materials.
• Perform additional related duties as required and travel to GTEC in Springdale 1–2 times per month.
