Qualifications

• Broad knowledge in fields like accounting, marketing, business admin or finance.
• Equivalent to a four-year college degree, plus 2-3 years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver career and digital skills instruction for students in The Academy at Goodwill.
• Instruct in soft skills and career best practices (e.g., Customer Service, Time Management, Professionalism).
• Maintain orderly client files and regulatory documentation.
• Assist Operations Manager and Career Service Managers in classroom development and assessments.
• Transport and store equipment safely for daily duties.
• Travel to GTEC in Springdale once or twice monthly (20-25% travel).
