Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support Kellogg Cancer Center Infusion Centers. The role involves rotating across Evanston, Glenview, Highland Park and other affiliated infusion sites with occasional cross-site assignments.

This per diem, as-needed position follows a Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm schedule with 8-hour shifts. Ideal candidates hold an Illinois Registered Pharmacy Technician license and have a HS diploma; CPhT certification is preferred and must be obtained within two

Qualifications

• Illinois Registered Pharmacy Technician license required.
• CPhT preferred; certification required within two years of licensure.
• Prior hospital or sterile compounding experience preferred; on-the-job training available for motivated learners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sterile compounded products for IV infusion in accordance with sterile technique and regulations.
• Maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies and medications for patient care.
• Assist pharmacists with medication records and documentation.
• Place medication and supply orders to sustain appropriate stock levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
