Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a Pharmacy Technician to join the Kellogg Cancer Center Infusion Centers, rotating across Evanston, Glenview, Highland Park and other centers as needed. Per diem, with early morning and day shifts, and travel between sites is required.

Ideal candidates will hold an Illinois pharmacy technician license, have a high school diploma, and be willing to obtain CPhT certification within two years.

Qualifications

• Illinois Registered Pharmacy Technician license is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPhT preferred; certification due within two years of licensure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sterile compounded products for IV infusion in sterile clean room conditions.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and medications for patient care.
• Assist pharmacists with medication records and files.
• Place medication and supply orders to maintain inventory levels.
• Other duties as assigned by the pharmacy team.
