Job summary

Meijer in Michigan is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support daily operations in our pharmacy, delivering friendly service and accurate medications. No experience is required; paid training to become a certified Pharmacy Technician is provided.

Weekend availability is required to meet store and patient needs. You will retrieve medications, enter prescription data, process labels and insurance claims, stock shelves, and assist with patient care while upholding privacy and high customer service

Responsibilities

• Retrieve medications from inventory.

• Order prescription medications for the Pharmacy Department.
• Stock medications and maintain an organized pharmacy.
• Promote pharmacy initiatives and clinical services to customers.
