Job summary

Thrifty White Pharmacy in Minnesota is seeking Pharmacy Technicians to deliver safe, efficient patient care and support pharmacists in clinical services. The role includes training through Thrifty White’s Technician Training Program and opportunities to advance within the company.

Technicians can start as a Technician-in-Training with paid training, online modules, and hands-on guidance, while experienced staff may grow into immunization-certified and long-term care roles.

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Provides excellent customer service to customers by building loyalty and repeat business.
Champions Thrifty White programs to patients such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization and HealthyPackRx and assists with enrolling patients.
Supports the Pharmacist in Clinical Service offerings.
Counts, measures, and packages medications under pharmacist supervision and final approval to accurately fill prescriptions.
Inputs prescriptions into the computer for accurate transmission to insurance companies.
