Opportunities and Training

• Pharmacy Technician-in-Training: enrolled in Thrifty White’s Board of Pharmacy approved Pharmacy Technician Training Program. Work part-time or full-time in the pharmacy while learning the fundamentals of being a Pharmacy Technician.

• Technician-in-Training: $14.85 - $20.00
• Registered Tech: $15.85 - $24.00
• Certified Tech: $16.35 - $25.50

Primary Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Champions Thrifty White programs to patients (Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, HealthyPackRx) and assists with enrolling patients.
• Supports the Pharmacist in Clinical Service offerings.
• Counts, measures, and packages medication under the pharmacist’s supervision and final approval to accurately fill prescriptions.
• Inputs prescriptions into the computer for accurate transmission to insurance companies.

• Applicants must: be at least 18 years of age; have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
