Job summary

VytlOne in Colebrook, NH is seeking a compassionate Pharmacy Technician OR Technician in Training (PRN) to join a clinic-based retail pharmacy aligned with providers and staff for team-based care. Light customer interaction, prescription processing, and a path to certification support are highlighted in the role. Vaccines may be required.

Qualifications

• Active NH pharmacy technician license or ability to obtain.
• PTCB certification or ability to obtain within 6 months with Maxor assistance.
• Minimum 2 years retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong customer service track record.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to use pharmacy software programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take prescription orders.
• Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers.
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked.
• Answer the phone.
• Input customer information into the computer system.
