Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and patients with empathy and professionalism (front-desk to pick-up and drive-thru).
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy and assist with receiving deliveries and cycle counts.
• Support immunization services when eligible and trained, under pharmacist supervision.
• Adhere to SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements to ensure patient safety and privacy.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to stores across the market as needed.
