Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for part‑time work in our ringwood, NJ stores to support the pharmacy team with daily operations and patient care.

You will assist with prescription fulfillment, provide friendly customer service, and help with inventory and basic immunization services where permitted. The role requires adherence to SOPs, strong communication, and a patient‑centered approach to ensure safety and quality in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• High school diploma or equivalent or active enrollment is required.
• Experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Deliver patient care by following SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick‑up, drive‑thru, and phone; assist with immunizations and services where allowed.
• Assist with basic inventory, including deliveries, cycle counts and returns‑to‑stocks.
• Support the pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and patient safety.
