Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician in Dublin, OH to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, efficient prescription fulfillment and customer service. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations where allowed, and collaborate with Pharmacists to ensure accurate prescription processing.

The role emphasizes attendance, training, patient interaction, and adherence to state board requirements, creating a caring and compliant patient experience.

Qualifications

Must meet state board licensure/certification requirements.
Minimum age 16 or as mandated by state board.

Responsibilities

Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
Attention and Focus: concentrate on tasks and pivot between duties.
Customer Service and Team Orientation: assist patients with a friendly, empathetic approach.
Communication Skills: clear verbal and written interaction with patients and colleagues.
Mathematical Reasoning: calculate days supply and totals for prescriptions.
Problem Resolution: address patient questions and escalate when needed.
Physical Demands: be mobile and able to lift up to 20 lbs as required.
Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
