Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician at our Covington, GA store. The part-time role supports the pharmacy team, performs core drug dispensing duties, and helps deliver exceptional patient service.

You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations where permitted, and ensure accurate prescription processing while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance within the store environment.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state
• Active registration/license as required by state law and CVS policy

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage patient health
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment across production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off
• Provide empathetic patient service, immunizations when allowed, and escalate issues when needed
• Complete inventory activities and assist with medication deliveries and recalls as directed
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and inclusive environment while supporting the pharmacy team
