Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations within our Retail locations. You will assist pharmacists to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and provide compassionate service to patients and customers.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, handling workflow at multiple workstations, and contributing to a safe, inclusive store environment while maintaining compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, licensure and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or active enrollment in a program.
• State and national licensure requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for production, pickup, drive-thru and drop-off.
• Deliver compassionate patient service and health care education at pickup, drive-thru or phone.
• Complete basic inventory activities and assist with medication deliveries and recalls.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain safety and compliance with policies.
