CVS Health is seeking Pharmacy Technicians to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe and compassionate care in our retail locations. You will help ensure accurate prescription fulfillment, provide empathetic patient service, and assist with immunizations where allowed by law.

You will complete required training and licensing per state guidelines, and may travel to stores across the market to support staffing needs. A strong focus on safety, quality, and patient privacy is essential.

Formación

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements including licensure or certification
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Responsabilidades

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to assist pharmacists in managing and improving patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic customer service and assist patients at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Conduct basic inventory activities and returns-to-stocks as directed by leadership.
• Travel to stores in the market to work shifts as needed by the business.
• Comply with federal, state, and local laws and CVS policies to protect patient privacy and security.
