Job summary

The role requires meeting state licensure/certification requirements, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong attention to detail. Travel and shift flexibility support store coverage and patient access.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure/certification.
• Minimum age 16 if state board has no age requirement.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state; compliance with regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service and support to patients and teammates.
• Communicate clearly with patients and colleagues; active listening.
